Introduction

The medium pressure briquette machine is used to press different raw materials, turning them into briquettes. It is suitable for coke fines, iron oxide, coal mud, mineral powder, various metal powders, sponge iron, carbon products, among others.

 

Some uses for our briquette machines:

Compared with other similar products, the briquette machine has the same advantages as compact structure, ease of maintenance, low energy consumption, quick cooling of the product.

 

To form the briquette, the machine presses the raw material with binder, the motor drives trapezoidal reducer and the reducer drives the main machine via coupling.

Thereafter, the drive shaft and passive shaft are connected by a pair of gears to ensure that the towing shaft is at exactly the same speed.

The material, the movement of the reversed pressure roller, causes the material to be pressure molded. This forming pressure reaches the center of the scroll roller and when the material is pressed through the center of the two rollers, the pressure is gradually decreased and the material is uniformly withdrawn from the roll forming the briquette.

Principle of Operation

The machine operates as follows, the motor drives the gear unit with a V-belt and the gear unit drives the main machine via coupling.

Thereafter, the drive shaft and passive shaft are connected by a pair of gears to ensure that the towing shaft rotates at exactly the same speed.

The quantitatively uniform material enters the hopper of the molding machine and between the two rollers, and the axis of the constant velocity inverted roller causes the material to be pressure molded. This forming pressure reaches the maximum in the center line of the roller pair and when the pressed material passes through the center line of the two rollers, the pressure gradually decreases and the formed material is uniformly removed from the roll forming the briquette.

Structure

1-Power Supplies

The main materials that are used in this machine have a certain limit of specific gravity and the larger the diameter of the roller formation, the greater the angle. The angle is also larger the higher the pressure generated, to ensure that the material enters the two rollers evenly. Another important aspect is the quantitative consumption occurs in three ways: 1) feeding belt feeder, due to economic manner and feeding practice is the first choice for many users, 2) Horizontal screw feed supply, suitable for 3) pre-pressing the spiral feed, this allows the main engine to run smoothly, the load is stable, when properly fed, and if the quantity exceeds the scope of the machine, will cause the main machine overload and force the machine to stop. Therefore, it is an important condition for the machine to control the amount

of power during operation. The main advantage of screw pressurizing is to adjust the screw speed. The necessary pre-pressure is obtained to ensure greater compression of the bulk material during the discharge of the bulk gas.

3-Modeling PartsThe modeling part mainly refers to the main part and the part of the core which is the roller. The pressure roller is divided into: integral casting and forging. The housing density is small and has rough and economical structure, forged density is large, and the structure is dense, wear resistance has long life, good ball groove processing performance, which is suitable for a variety of materials and reliable operation, which is more convenient for replacement after assembly, reducing maintenance difficulty.
